SocialVersal is an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables businesses to:

• Connect and manage multiple social media accounts in one dashboard.
• Automate content publishing to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google My Business.
• Generate AI-powered marketing content (text, images, and videos) for various platforms.
• Manage customer interactions and unified messaging across multiple channels.
• Define custom automation rules and triggers to scale digital presence.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service without our written consent.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize SocialVersal to publish content on your behalf as configured by you. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant such access and that all published content complies with the terms of the respective social platforms.

You are solely responsible for the content published to your accounts. SocialVersal is not responsible for any account restrictions imposed by social media platforms as a result of automated posting.

SocialVersal uses third-party AI services to generate marketing content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for all audiences.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
• We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

The SocialVersal name, logo, platform design, and software are the intellectual property of SocialVersal and are protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@socialversal.online.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALVERSAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as agreed upon by both parties.
